This book appears to have been "converted" to epub from a PDF file here the PDF file was in multi-column format. THe outcome is all the content is present but lines are not ordered to read continuing dow. Wordwrapping and such are not contigious. The book is usable with a very high level of concentration and mental reordering. Too much work for most users.
